At Mindful Canvas™, we believe mental wellness is not just a state of mind. It is a daily practice of coming home to yourself.

We are a collective of certified mental wellness coaches, facilitators, and creative practitioners delivering non-clinical, evidence-informed programs rooted in mindfulness, movement, nature, and expressive therapy.

We serve caregivers, organizations, and teams through HRD Corp claimable wellness training, team-building retreats, and group or one-to-one sessions. Whether it’s burnout prevention, emotional resilience, or meaningful connection, our work is designed to restore balance and strengthen the heart mind body connection.

For Caregivers of Persons with Mental Health Issues

This 8-day program to help caregivers understand mental health conditions, manage crises, and support recovery. Learn practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, and building resilience. Includes peer sharing, guided reflection, and stress management techniques to strengthen caregiver well-being while supporting loved ones through complex challenges.

For Caregivers of Persons with Dementia

This 5-day program offers strategies to manage dementia-related behavior, memory loss, and emotional strain. Caregivers learn how to create supportive environments, maintain connection, and reduce burnout. Emphasis is placed on empathy, routine-building, and mental wellness for both the caregiver and their loved one.

For Caregivers of Aging Parents or Seniors

An 8-day program designed for caregivers supporting elderly loved ones. Covers aging-related changes, care planning, communication, and self-care. Participants build skills to manage daily responsibilities while preserving the dignity, autonomy, and well-being of seniors—alongside practices to strengthen their own mental and emotional resilience.
